2007 CBSA SNOOKER & 9-BALL NATIONALS

The 2007 Canadian Snooker & 9-Ball Championships will be part of the
2007 Ottawa Super Ex, at Lansdowne Park, Bank St., Ottawa, Ont.
The dates for the Championships will be from August 16th to August 26th.

Key information concerning venue:
- 16,000 square feet
- Two large dressing rooms, one male and one female
- Board Room for officials and meetings
- Catering on premises for banquets
- Bar and food service available
- Passes for players, photo passes for officials
- Shuttle service to and from hotel.
- Hotel is a 5 minute drive from venue, or a 15 minute walk
- Airport 20 minutes from venue
- Packages will be put together for player's and officials,
if they choose to bring their families, so they will be
able to take in the sites Ottawa has to offer.

This year the CBSA will also be starting the amateur 9-ball divisions,
as approved at this year's Annual General Meeting (no Open class players).
The competition in this division will take place from Monday, August 20 to
Wednesday, August 22, in conjunction with the snooker events.
The snooker events will be the first seven (7) days of the Championships.
Open, women, and junior 9-ball will be the last four (4) days,
the exact same as the previous few years.

2007 CBSA CANADIAN 8-BALL CHAMPIONSHIPS

The 2007 Canadian 8-Ball Championships will be hosted by
Billard Le Skratch Brossard - 1875 Panama, Brossard.
The dates for the Championships will be from September 14 to September 16, 2007.
