Janet Ritcey won her second CSNS Women's Open 9-Ball Provincial Title, capturing the 2020 Championship 9-6, and in the process thwarting the defense of 2019 Champion Kathy Brock, who was appearing in her second straight final. Among the field 12 ladies at Maritime Billiards in Dartmouth, Ritcey went undefeated, victorious in matches over Tracey Goodyear, Audrey Ozon, Leigh Ann Giles, and dropping Brock in their initial meeting in the A-Side final. Brock managed wins over Jennie Saulnier, Shauna Boyle, Amber Thorpe, and Leigh Ann Giles.. Giles comes away with a 3rd place showing followed by Ozon in 4th place. Ritcey has earned the right to represent Cue Sports Nova Scotia at the CBSA Open Women's 9-Ball Championships to be held later this year.
