The first snooker ranking event of the season is in the books.

The open division semi finals saw Hugh MacEachern Win over Jacques Cote 4-2 to secure his seat in the final. Bruce Lilly managed a 4-1 win over Dale Brimicombe to clinch the second seat. The final saw a great snooker battle amounting to a 2-2 tie then Hugh broke out the amazing pot jar to seal the last two frames for a 4-2 win. Hugh also had the high break of the day with a 54.

On the AAA redraw we saw Tony, The Potting Machine, Siddall win his seat in the final with a 3-2 win over Dale Brimicombe. Ricky Johnson was able to pull out a 3-1 win over Alton Robinson to secure his seat. The AAA final saw Tony pot just about everything to win the event 3-1.

Dale Brimicombe had his name drawn for the blue ball challenge and was unsuccessful in making a blue ball with the 10 shots given. The pot stands a $11.00 a ball plus half of the next take.
