Two Gullivers proved too much for Jeremy Basque. In the Open Singles Division of the CCS Maritime 8-Ball Championships in Charlottetown, the A match of the last two undefeated players came down to Jeremy Basque of Nova Scotia and Terry Gulliver of Newfoundland. Basque won the match 5-2. Meanwhile, on the B-Side, Terry's son, TJ Gulliver was making his was through for a father/son engagement to decide who would get the crack at Basque in the final. TJ got the better of his father on this day, beating Terry 5-2. In the finals, TJ continued his winning ways, wrestling the win from Basque 7-4. Blair Affleck, PE, was fourth. In 5th-6th placings were Robert Young and Ryan Kendall, both of Nova Scotia. Yif Du, PE, and Dave Karas, NS, finished in 7th-8th position.
