Hugh MacEachern Nabs Open Snooker #3. Dave Boymook Is AAA Snooker Winner.

Snooker Ranking 3 is in the books. 15 players started the day but ultimately it was down to the final 2.

Donnie Latter booked his seat in the final only giving up 2 frames in the 3 matches it took to get there. On the top of the draw sheet saw Hugh MacEachern go through only loosing 2 frames as well. The final was a Hill Hill thriller with Hugh MacEachern taking the win 4-3. Hugh has won all 3 OPEN ranking events so far with only 3 left to go.

On the AAA side we saw Deryck White and Dave Boymook book their seats in the final with both players only giving up 2 frames each. I guess it really was a day for the 2's. Again a hill hill thriller with Dave Boymook taking the win 3-2.

Well done to all the players and thanks to Century Snooker Club for hosting the event.

Brian White had his ticket drawn for the BLUE BALL CHALLENGE but only managed to deposit 2 blue balls of the 10 taking home $34.00. Next Blue ball challenge will be over $20.00 a ball. This still leaves the tile of 7 of 10 shots made by Bruce Lilly in tact. Many thanks to Brendan MacEachern for running this challenge to raise funds for the Nationals.
