Tournament Bracket:
A new chapter in Nova Scotia cue sports history was written this weekend at Rockingham Dooly's as the province's top young players competed in the inaugural Cue Sports Nova Scotia Junior 8-Ball Provincial Championships.
When the final ball was pocketed, it was Jagger Stevens who emerged victorious, becoming the first-ever CSNS Junior 8-Ball Provincial Champion. Stevens displayed remarkable poise and confidence throughout the tournament, overcoming a talented field of junior competitors to earn his place in the history books.
Finishing in second place was Robbie Johnson, who put together an outstanding tournament performance. Johnson battled through a challenging draw and demonstrated both skill and determination on his way to the championship match.
Claiming third place was Carsten Francis, whose strong and consistent play throughout the day earned him a well-deserved spot on the podium. Francis showcased tremendous talent and competitiveness, highlighting the bright future of junior cue sports in Nova Scotia.
The championship was a tremendous success and marked an important milestone for the development of junior billiards in the province. The event provided young players with an opportunity to compete at the highest provincial level while gaining valuable tournament experience.
Cue Sports Nova Scotia would like to extend a sincere thank you to Dooly's Rockingham for hosting the event and providing a first-class venue for our junior athletes. We would also like to thank all the parents, coaches, volunteers, supporters, and members of the cue sports community whose dedication continues to help grow opportunities for youth across Nova Scotia.
Congratulations to all the participants and a special congratulations to Jagger Stevens, the inaugural Cue Sports Nova Scotia Junior 8-Ball Provincial Champion.
