The 2026 CSNS 10-Ball provincial championships was decided this past weekend at Dooly's Burnside. 60 players in the open the largest fields to date. The winner would grab cash, trophy and a paid spot to the CBSA 8-Ball championships later this year (date and venue TBA at this time).
Six former winners were in the field including defending champ Clayton "Magoo" Dennis. In the end, two players who had never been this deep in this event would duke it out in the final, a testament to the incredible depth of the field this year. Arguably two of the province's best put on a show but, alas, there could only be one winner as Jody Swim edged out Colin MacDonald 7-5 to claim victory.
1st $725 plus paid spot - Jody Swim
2nd $525 - Colin Macdonald
3rd $430 - Richard Buddy Young
4th $300 - Mitchell Tucker
5/6 $195 - Andrew Simon, Clayton Dennis
7/8 $130 - Kyle Richard, Milo Guevarra
9-12 $100 - David Boone , Ryan Kendall, Jheno Francisco, Brian White
13-16 $65 - Liam Colligan, Deryck White, Wayne Thibodeau, Johnny Newman
Many thanks to Jessica Lee and the staff at Dooly's Burnside for hosting our event; to Brian McNamara and Brian's Cuesport Streams for two days of streaming coverage; and to the many hands of the tournament committee who ensured the event was run as smoothly as possible for the two days.
