Brian's Cuesport Streams:

Thirty-four brave souls braved the elements and shoveled a path to Doolys Rockingham for the latest edition of the Gunn Show 8-Ball tournament, episode XIX. The final four saw Christian Mantolino eking out a 5-4 win over his pops Nok while Jody Swim ousted Milo Guevarra 5-2, after which the younger Mantolino claimed the hot seat with a 5-2 win over Swim. From then on it became the Milo show as consecutive 4-3 squeakers relegated Nok to 4th place and Jody to 3rd place and set up a teaser final with the two best players on the day. The final was a bit anticlimactic however as Guevarra steamrolled his way to a race-shortened 4-0 victory in a match that only took 20 minutes. Great to see some new faces atop the Gunn Show champions list!

Was an amazing day of fun and the jump shop of the day was captured on table 2 by Brian's Cuesport Streams, was such a beautiful shot by Peter Giles to set him up to win the match. There were lots of new faces and first times in the Tournament, and so happy we all spend this last big event of the year together :)

Special thanks to Ashley and her staff of Dooly's Rockingham for providing this great Venue for the past 8 years of my Gunn Show's. Huge thank you to my partner in crime Dale B. for being by my side all of these years and seeing my Event's grow more and more, the interest by everyone is so appreciated and expansion is a great thing. Of course we cannot forget Brian M. of Brian's Cuesport Streams who brings the action to those at home, he does and amazing job and I have the best Team in the world with these guys.

I am happy to announce that our final total of money raised for The Canadian Cancer Society is $3,566.00 for 2024, just short of my goal, but very happy that you all care so much about my passion for bringing great events to you and raising money for amazing causes. My Events have helped to raise money for the Dooly's Rockingham Breakfast Program as well and I am sure Ashley will let me know the total for her location in the New Year.

Lastly, thank you to everyone who supports my Tournaments, with your help we can continue to see them grow......you are awesome.
