Competing in his first CSNS event, young Bruce Wayne Abadilla conquered a 45 player field at Ranking #4, held at Dooly's Portland St. Abadilla scored 7 straight match wins to go undefeated on the day, eventually toppling Carl Sampson in the final 9-7. Sampson himself had a stellar day of shooting where only Abadilla could get the best of him. Bill MacPherson placed 3rd, with Nok Mantolino in 4th. Tim Brown and Kyle Richard each had solid showings, both bowing out tied for 5th place. Brian Bedford and Calvino Anderson finished in 7th-8th position.
