Jacques Cote won his second ranking event of the season with an emphatic 4-0 white-washing of Ed Skinner at the Open Snooker ranking #6 (Metro region) yesterday at Maritime Billiards in Dartmouth. Cote earlier out-duelled Dave Boymook 4-1 and Budd Kaiser 4-2 on the road to victory. Skinner ousted points leader Brian White 4-3 and up-and-comer Walter Somers 4-0 on route to his first Open final this year.
