Magoo Dennis bested a field of 34 in 8-Ball to win his first CSNS Ranking event of the season on Saturday Nov 2. Magoo went undefeated on the day, his final victory coming over fellow Cape Bretoner Michael Basque 7-2 at Dooly’s in Sydney. Craig Teal placed third, with Wekatesk Augustine in fourth. Carl Sampson and Ryan Kendall shared 5th-6th place, and Bill MacPherson and Jeremy Basque rounded out the money spots in 7th-8th. Billy Mac retains the lead in the point standings after 3 events. Mike Basque moves into second spot. Deb MacPherson was the superstar of the day, juggling the direction of the main event and 4 Second Chance events. The next Ranking event is Nov 23 at Portland Dooly’s.
