Tournament Charts:

Cue Sports Nova Scotia returned to Dooly’s Truro for the first time since 2019 to host Ranking Event 3. 35 men and 16 women competed in separate 9-ball events.

In the Open Division, a redraw was made when the final 8 players was reached. From the undefeated side Kyle Richard, Nok Mantolino, Craig Teal, and Peter Ghiz, were matched with one-loss players Dale Brimicombe, Darrell Abolit, Bob Massia, and Brian White respectively. Richard, Mantolino, Teal and White were victorious in the first round of single knockout play. Mantolino went on to beat Richard 7-5 in the first semi-final, while White downed Teal 7-1 in the second semi-final. Mantolino came out on top 9-2 in the final set against White.

In the womens division, Audrey Ozon downed Gilda Saunders to relegate Sauders to finish in 4th place. Ozon then continued towards the final sending Tracey Goodyear out in Third place. In the Final, it was Janet Ritcey completing an undefeated day by beating Ozon 8-6 to win the event.

Dale Brimicombe had his ticket drawn for the chance at $100 per ball in the 10-Ball Break & Run contest. Dale made two balls on the opening break for $200 total, but was not fortunate enough to have a decent leave on the 1-Ball to continue the run.
